MissionDock Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MissionDock (https://missiondock.org), a nonprofit operations software platform operated by Truth Scout Consulting (https://truthscoutai.com). By accessing or using MissionDock, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization workspace you are authorized to access.
1. Description of Service
MissionDock provides a multi-tenant operations platform for nonprofit organizations, including internal staff request workflows, room and vehicle reservations, fleet trip logging, facilities and equipment reporting, staff updates, directory management, and shared organization resources.
2. Organization Accounts & Authorized Access
- Invite-Only Workspace Access: Access to a MissionDock workspace is restricted to individuals whose work email addresses have been provisioned or invited by an authorized organization administrator. Public self-registration is disabled.
- Authentication Methods: Authorized users may sign in using their organization email address and password or via Google Sign-In (“Continue with Google”) powered by Supabase Authentication using the email address associated with their organization account.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify your organization administrator or info@missiondock.org immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Administrator Controls: Your organization’s designated administrators control workspace membership, role assignments, department configuration, and account deactivation.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MissionDock solely for legitimate workplace and nonprofit operations. You must not:
- Attempt to access data belonging to another organization workspace or bypass role-based access controls or Row-Level Security.
- Share authentication credentials or session tokens with unauthorized individuals.
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content, malware, or automated scraping scripts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or availability of MissionDock or its underlying infrastructure.
4. Data Ownership & Privacy
Each participating organization retains ownership of the operational records, requests, reservations, and directory information entered into its MissionDock workspace. You grant Truth Scout Consulting a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely as necessary to provide, secure, and support the MissionDock service for your organization.
Our collection, use, and protection of personal information—including Google Sign-In authentication data—is governed by the MissionDock Privacy Policy.
5. Service Availability & Updates
We strive to keep MissionDock reliable, responsive, and available, and we may deploy security patches, accessibility improvements, and feature updates from time to time. Features labeled as beta are provided for operational evaluation and may be refined based on participating organization feedback.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
MissionDock is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truth Scout Consulting disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truth Scout Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and our aggregate liability arising out of or related to MissionDock shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization for MissionDock in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Termination & Data Export
An organization administrator may discontinue use of MissionDock or request account removal at any time. Truth Scout Consulting may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or poses a security risk. Upon request at termination, we will provide the organization administrator with an export of the organization’s operational records and delete workspace data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
